    Many of you have expressed an interest to invest in a Real Estate Trust Deed Fund. Private Wealth Fund is authorized to raise and manage up to Three Quarter of a Billion U.S. Dollars ($750,000,000). Although the minimum investment outlined in the Prospectus is $150,000, the Managers are restricting this initial investment to $10,000,000 for institutions and $500,000 for individuals during this opening period. Given the limited nature of this opening, the Managers will give the first right of refusal for future capital investments in subsequent funds to all investors who initially participate.

All of the investments are underwritten with the same guiding principles and scrutiny that, we and our affiliates, have made our clients so successful over the years. These trust deeds are fully secured (equity is deep in the money) by the underlying tangible assets i.e. Real Estate.

Diversification and Security

    nvestments in our Funds are protected by substantial excess equity (above and beyond the loan amount) in each property securing each loan in the Fund. The value of these investments are stable when compared to the volatility of direct investments in stocks, bonds or even real estate properties.  Investors in our funds are also able to diversify by spreading any risks over a large number of mortgage loans, as opposed to investments in a specific (single) mortgage secured by a specific real estate property.

    In short, investors can now realize the many benefits of investing in mortgage loans with an even greater safety of their investment capital.
